Welcome to LettaBird ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our iOS app, LettaBird (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
By creating an account or using the App, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old and are fully able and competent to enter into these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
LettaBird allows you to send letters to friends and family. Features include taking photos to include in letters, transcribing audio messages, and choosing from different letter templates.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By using the App, you agree not to:
For the first 25 users, sending letters is free for life. Any new users thereafter will be charged 💸$1.25 per letter. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price for the service.
All content and materials on the App are the property of LettaBird and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the App's operation or the information, content, or materials included therein.
In no event shall LettaBird be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
